excellent location clean room helpful staff
the location was excellent near the opera. the room was clean and modern. the staff was very helpful (especially with directions).

Decent stay, some minor issues
central location clean hotel friendly staff small room basic amenities street noise
The location is central. I could easily walk to many attractions and restaurants. The hotel was also very clean. Staff were friendly and always ready to assist with directions.
The room was smaller than I expected. The bathroom lacked some basic amenities. the air conditioning did not work optimally. I had to open the windows and street noise was a problem.

somewhat disappointing experience
small room missing toothbrush
the location was okay being close to some stores.
my room was really small, and i felt trapped. the bathroom was also tiny, and they didn't provide basic things like a toothbrush, i wasn't happy. the shower let water escape all over the floor, i felt so inconvenient.
